"If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together"
Have you been feeling lost, disconnected from yourself, or finding you are not living a life that is in line with who you are? Is it hard to see new possibilities or know what the next step is?
I work alongside those wanting to heal from Trauma, Depression, Anxiety, and Social Anxiety. I also work with those navigating Consensual Open Relationships, seeking to Integrate Profound Experiences, and experiencing Life Transitions.
I am lighthearted, love to laugh, and bring humor into practice. I value honesty, authenticity, and mutual respect. I am here for you. It is difficult to be a human, let’s figure this out together.
I help people see new possibilities, discover meaning, and develop the courage to live their fullest and most authentic life. There is an innate healing intelligence inside all of us, I assist in creating a nurturing container for this process to flourish.
Hello, I’m Stephanie Dreis. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor offering integrative and eclectic approaches that listens to all parts of ourselves including the mind, body, and essence. I have over ten years of experience working in the mental health field. I am also a nature lover, traveler, and reader. You can find me hiking, exploring cities and natural landscapes, biking, spending time gardening as my cat chases bugs, or my nose in a book while highlighting new information.
I am trained in Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, Psychedelic Somatic Interactional Psychotherapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Internal Family Systems.
Sessions are individually tailored to meet your needs. We collaborate during the entire process. Sessions are about 55 minutes.
I offer services on a sliding scale from $85-150 per 55 minutes

What is a Sliding Scale and how do I know what to Pay?
I offer a sliding scale knowing folks are in economic hardships due to unfair societal structures in place. Those who are able to pay at a higher price help those who are not able to afford market-rate prices. Pay depending on where you feel you fall on the scale. No questions are asked. Also, I’m aware that $85 is still too high for some people; if this is the case for you, please contact me to start a discussion.
I know that therapy can be life-transforming work and I feel strongly that it should be accessible to anyone who wants it. As a social justice advocate, I want to do what I can to bring more opportunity to all people.
I have appreciated the choice of a sliding scale when it has been available to me. When I pay more, I know that I am helping others have access. When I pay in the middle, I know I am helping cover costs. And when I pay at the bottom, I know I am letting my community hold me and support me. All of these are wonderful and acceptable ways of participating. I’m revealing my experience with the sliding scale because I want you to know that I’ve participated at all points and you should feel totally comfortable choosing what feels right for you.
